[NJARC] Boonton Electronics not in Boonton

All this talk of Boonton is making me homesick - I grew up in Mountain Lakes, the town next to Boonton.  The big place for electronic parts and gear when I was a kid was Lashen Electronics in Denville, the next town over from Boonton and Mountain Lakes.  I think they are still in business.

To my knowledge (as a former Boonton Radio tech), Boonton Electronics was never in Boonton- it began above a hardware store in Morris Plains in the 1950's.  Only in the last couple of years was the BEC green concrete sidewalk replaced from the front of the former first site and hardware store- a bit of history gone.
