This is a vintage Antenna Tuner / Wave Trap made by Geppert. It is called the Kleer-Tone. It is basically a tuning condenser and a coil wound just under the label. It is intended to act as a tuned circuit for use as an antenna tuner or a wave trap. A knob on top turns 360 degrees. Two terminals provide connections.
