[NJARC] Radio schematic

Nothing in Ryder or Beitman and too early for Sam's.  It's not even 
listed in the Mallory Radio Encyclopedia.  An ad did appear in 1938 for 
that model.  The only thing would be to use the tube line-up and get a 
comparable schematic.
