[NJARC] Six Meter AM, anyone?

The only time I hear any 6 meter AM activity is during a band opening.
Summer "E" season is over, so band openings are rare, although some times
there is a short burst of "E" activity in December/January. The rest of
the time, AM is quiet although you can generally find some SSB activity
down the lower end of the band. Most, if not all, SSB, AM, CW activity is
done with horizontally polarized antennas. The FM activity, way up the
band, is generally done with vertically polarized antennas. If you have
little to no patience, 6 meters is probably not for you.
