Yes, I agree -- the store was surprisingly neat and clean.
But that's the trouble -- where is the 50 or 60 year accumulation of Radios and TVs and hi-fi, etc., that nobody ever picked up? The TV/radio repair shops of my youth were FULL of that stuff. Plus, that's where the value (and fun!) is, along with the (primarily) non-TV tubes. Most old-time radio/TV repair guys were packrats and almost never threw *anything* away. This guy was an exception.
If the shop was in South Jersey instead of South Dakota, it might be worth taking a look. However....
I'd much rather see a dirty old shop with LOTS of cool old stuff in it! ;-)
