You want a horizontally mounted replacement with a ~120 volt primary . A 5 volt rectifier heater winding, 6.3 volt heater/pilot lamp winding, and a center tapped high voltage winding of around 6 or 7 hundred volts. The  6.3 volt winding needs to be able to handle the heater currents of  the sum of all the 6 volt tubes and the lamps.
What failed on the original transformer?
