[NJARC] Who can test a WE274B tube in Randolf NJ?

Frank, et al,
Maybe I should have been more clear, a friend of mine asked me if I 
knew someone who can test the tubes for his friend. I have a Hickok 
539B that can test them but I am 60 miles away from him.

A 274B has the same pinout as a 5U4 tube tube. Looking at my charts, he 
probably can get away testing the tubes with his tester set at a 5Y3 
tube.
