Looks like the AWA meet is a rain-or-shine event. The outdoor flea market has been moved inside -- see below.

The weatherman is saying the chance of rain is 70%
for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
So we've made the final decision to move the entire
Flea Market inside the hotel.

We've rented 125 tables that will be delivered Thursday morning.
The indoor Flea Market will be on the east side of the hotel
in the area around the Contest and Auction rooms
and in Ballroom D.
The tables will be available on a first come, first serve
basis. Each vendor will get one table for each paid for vendor
space. Vendors will be able to start claiming their tables
on Thursday, but just like in the past, there will be no
buying selling or displaying of "stuff" before 8am Friday.

So we don't have 2 flea markets, there will be NO Flea Market in
the outside parking lot, PERIOD.

Let's get ready for another GREAT Charlotte Conference.
