[NJARC] Settings to test '50' on Hickok transconductance tubetester

Can anyone provide me with the settings to test a '50' vacuum tube on a
Hickok transconductance tubetester?
I need the usual;  filament, selectors, bias volts, mic-sw/shunt, button
to press (P4?).
