An easy way is to put a small pick up loop around the oscillator tube, or a small cap to the oscillator section of the tuning cap. the result will be off exactly the amount of your IF frequency. (probably higher) If you tune WWV at 10 mhz it should read 10.000455 mhz on most radios.
