[NJARC] Ham Radio Happening

Hambones,

There will be an NJARC vintage amateur radio "Happening" in conjunction
with our swap meet on July 25.  You are invited to stay after the meet
to experiment with your favorite ham radio equipment.  There will be a
emphasis on 2-Meter AM operation, and military portable HF gear.  There
is an HF antenna already on site, and there are lots of trees.  Some of
us plan to stay over Saturday night, and do a display at the Radio
Technology Museum on Sunday afternoon.

This is a chance for you newly licensed operators to get on the air.
Please let me know if you intend to stay over so we can coordinate
lodging and a possible Saturday evening cookout.  al at ar88.net
