[NJARC] Anyone know a source for Philco photo finish patterns?

Hi All,
I have a Philco 37-610 whose finish is shot.  Although I have seen a few sites on how to make the photo finish, the pattern is none existent so I don't have a template to work from.  I would imagine someone might have scanned these patterns or made them and have them online?
