Hi All,

What would be the pros and cons of having the club-only auctions be a stand-alone event instead of at meetings?

Many of them are big enough to absorb an entire meeting, and I see this as a con.

If we held them at InfoAge, where I presume most of the stuff is stored, that would be a pro.

If it was its own day, there would be time to set it all up and make a half a day of it, which I see as a pro.

Friends, as observed, this is supposed to be a hobby.  We can't save everything, we can't have everything.  The most important thing to have and to hold on to is the comradery of our fellow collectors, so let's be cool and friendly about all these issues.
