[NJARC] Tampa, FL Radio Collection Auction

3 years ago the owner wanted 100K for the lot and since turned down two 
offers of 60K.  The warehouse is not temperature controlled and one can 
imagine what the Tampa, Florida environment is doing to the collection.  
The owner passed away last year and his wife now has to deal with this.  
And the warehouse only costs $1200 a month!  Guys, there is a message here.
