[NJARC] Building Status at InfoAge

There's good news and bad news.
Good news:  The Army has given us written authority to take conservation measures on the Operations Building at InfoAge, also known as the Receiver Building.  The building has not been transferred to us yet but up to now we could not even venture near it.  This is the most historic building at the site but the bad news is that it is in terrible condition.  It presents a formidable challenge for us.
Other news: several roofs on the "H" buildings had serious leaks and some had to be repaired  immediately.  Re-roofing a bunch of newly acquired buildings has seriously depleted the InfoAge bank account but it had to be done to stop further damage.  We sure could use some volunteers with grant writing experience.
