[NJARC] Paging John Tyminski

I have a buddy who's got Verizon service. They've elected to not deliver
several important emails without even notifying him that they'd done so.
That cost him a significant amount of business. Their reaction: "We're
protecting you." They offered no solution other than to make it the
sender's problem. They don't have an option to shut off this "protection"
nor do they offer a way for you, the account owner who is paying for the
service, to whitelist the email addresses that you wish to receive from.
