Does it have any value? At it's very worst, it's worth at least $5 for
parts.
I have seen consoles of that vintage in fair condition sell from $15 to
$50, depending on the right person to come along and buy it. Consoles
in nice and working condition could command 2 or 3 times that and more.
Stein's book on Pre-War Consoles puts a price on similar sets in nice
condition at around $150. The model you mention is not listed in Stein's.
For me, I find it hard to put a price on radios since it depends on who
wants to pay the price for it and how long you are willing to wait for
that person to come along.
