[NJARC] Craigs List Xmtr + Rcvy - act fast!

John -

The mounts are really rare, and the radios are relatively plentiful.
Additionally, the mount has the mating connector, but, more importantly
allows the radio to be easily set on a flat surface. The bottom of the 348
cabinet has 4 pointed studs that are intended to mate with the mount.
Removal of the studs makes the cabinet be no longer original and with them
in, it would scratch up a wooden desk. I have had about 30 or more 348s,
probably still have about 10 or so, and only have one mount. Regards - Mike

The mount is only important if you have a B-17 or B-24 to put the radio in.
;-)

But seriously, why is the mount such a hot item? I once saw a guy at one of
our Hazlet meets give Ray Chase $50 for a BC-348 mount, when Ray wanted only
$75 for both the mount and radio!
