[NJARC] Help with antenna tuner

Marty,
Unfortunately I don't have a schematic for your WRL Jr. matcher,
but would think that "Uncle Leo" would have copied a simple "L" matcher
circut. They work very well indeed!
I would also assume the variable cap would go from the center of the output
connector (SO-239?) to chassis ground, and the neon indicator lamp (NE-2?)
would be in parallel with it; kind of a RF "sniffer" that would vary in
intensity with RF output. Just my "SWAG", since most of Leo's circuts were
cut and dry, or copied from the ARRL Handbooks, etc.
Let us know how you make out with it. I built a very simple "L" network
tuner almost 30 years ago, and it'd practically tune a wet noodle on 160M!
Mod-U-Later,
Joe Cro N3IBX
