[NJARC] Help with antenna tuner

Hi guys,
I picked up  a dorked WRL Globe "Matcher Jr." at Kutztown. I need help to 
put the pieces into a working unit. No schematic to be found on the 
internet. It was a kit in the late '50's ($16.95). It is a simple "L" 
network with a neon tuning indicator. The switched inductor is in the "hot" 
line between the input and output coax connectors. I assume the variable cap 
goes from the center of the output connector to chassis ground. Would the 
neon lamp be in parallel with the tuning cap?
