Radio Reloj got really strong as the night went on.  I could hear the 
ticks on the crystal set over WMCA on 570 just before I locked up about 2AM.

Yes, I think that loop wasn't really happy among all that heavy metal.  
Also there was more noise than I expected.  It may have been the 
fluorescent lights that were left on in the back room.
