You  will get that message when the number of current users has been 
exceeded.   I think its ten users.  Just wait a while and try again.  The  edebris.com 
site has the identical files.  The download speed of the  edebris is a least 
ten times faster!  I always us the mirror site  (edebris)  for downloading.
