[NJARC] Nominations and Elections = Who? When?

John,
There are 11 members on the executive board. They all get to vote.
Everyone I listed is on the board except the editor.
The board was increased from 9 to 11 members a few years ago. At
this time there is no discussion about increasing the number of trustees.
The board meets about every 3 months before the regular meeting. We
also have occasional telephone conference calls when needed. We have
had a couple of instances when regular club members attended board meetings.
Marv usually does put a blurb in the newsletter about the executive board meetings.
