[NJARC] Nominations and Elections = Who? When?

HI Phil,

Thanks, and they stayed in line OK.

One last set of questions about the "Board".  Do all the positions 
below constitute the "Board" or just some of them?  Do all of them 
have voting privileges on the "Board"?  I see only 3 Trustees are 
shown, most clubs I belong to have 5, will this number be increasing 
in the future?  How often does the Board meet?  Are regular members 
allowed to attend Board Meetings?  Are Board meetings advertised in 
the Newsletter?
