I have some gripes of my own:

1. I am thoroughly upset at Al Klase by moving the auction along so quickly
and efficiently...how dare you make the rest of us look so bad! And it seems
like you're the only one volunteering as auctioneer...what's your real agenda,
Al?
2. I am thoroughly upset at Dave Sica, Richard Lee et al for getting such a
nice auction together, especially for those of us who don't get a chance to
get to many... how dare you make the rest of us look so so guilty!
3. I am thoroughly upset at Ray and Edith Chase for handling the logistics
of the auction so well; what are you guys trying to prove by all the volunteer
work you do?
4. I am thoroughly upset at Phil Vourtsis by adding a little humor and local
interest to our meeting via his little story...how dare you make the rest of
us look like bumps on a log!
5. I am thoroughly upset at Dave Sica by broadcasting the meeting on the
World Wide (yes, I said World Wide) web...in the future, please keep your
techno-geek stuff from interferring in my ability to accumulate more stuff!
6. I am thoroughly upset at Dave Sica with his very creative look at the
layout of Camp Evans...don't you understand that creativity distracts from our
ability to concentrate on the upcoming bid process!
7. I am thoroughly upset with Richard Lee, hawking his club jackets and hats
and taking away from valuable auction time...what do you think this is,
Richard....a flea market?
8. I am thoroughly upset with Sarnoff Library Executive Director Alex Magoun
who, although, at times, we miss the 10:00 PM cutoff, is a gentleman about it
and uses "friendly persuasion" to remind us. What are you trying to do
Alex...make the rest of us look bad?
9. I am thoroughly upset by the guys who run the 50/50...I've never won the
damn thing so why are you wasting my time?
10. I am thoroughly upset by Rick Weingarten et al getting the coffee ready
and going out and buying cookies, soda, etc....and then complain that they
have to clean up my mess. What are you Suzy Homemakers trying to prove?
11. And finally - Maybe we need to work out some of the problems we have
with time management at our meetings. It seems that this is something we can
easily work out.
