[NJARC] OMARC Hamfest

Hi Pete,
Yes, maybe you're right, but OMARC is kind of the "new
kid in town" for hamfests. If I were them, I would
network with nearby clubs to prevent these kinds of
conflicts. BARA was far away from OMARC, and yet it
still reduced OMARC to soemthing like 13 vendors.
