[NJARC] Nominations and Elections = Who? When?

Phil,

I'm just trying to clarify this: everyone currently on
the Board said they would like to return (except you
and Sal, the treasurer, and Sargeant at Arms West;
Dave Snellman?). Does this mean that the rest of us
need to be nominated by someone, and go thru the
election process?
