[NJARC] Radio Debugging PS

Gave it a quick check- nothing. I did the fast test of the
receiver: removed the grid cap of the 6R7, and touched it. Got a
good hum, so audio end is ok. When I get back I will have to
trouble shoot the RF...

Of course, neither signal generator felt like working tonight...

I'll go over everything Monday, and see what I find.
