Despite repeated attempts, I haven't heard them since 1998.  See:

Any of the WWII VLF sets, RAK etc., should do the trick.  Antenna are 
the issue.  My 40-inch loop worked ten years ago.

Let's get started on that 6-mile-long dipole.
