[NJARC] Swapmeet traffic

I came from the Hudson Valley and even a bit late and had no trouble.  I
left Marlboro, NY at around 6.30, puttered down the Thruway and then down
the Parkway.  Traffic was heavy on the parkway but moving quick.  I did take
the express lanes from whatever the exit is (127?).  First few miles  volume
was heavier in the local lanes, then it flipped around.  Got off for Rt. 18
at exit 105.  Did not end up stopped at any point.. even in heavy volume
didn't get much slower than 20 mph and averaged around 45 from mile marker
120 or so on down.

To give you an idea of arrival time I stopped for gas at Cheesequake at 8.20
and arrived at Infoage at about 8.45.
