Sounds like you found yourself a Pilot TV!  CRTs for that set are scarce
as hen's teeth.  You will come across a P1 (green) 'scope tube
occasionally. They're not too expensive. But you'll rarely come across a
P4, and if you do, be prepared to open your wallet pretty wide!
