[NJARC] Call for 'experts'

Hi Phil,

I plan to be there with the caps, of course.

My friends at Mouser screwed up the order and sent me
*20* .047 630V instead of *100* (we were charged for
100). Called them today and they assured me they will
correct it.

So, we're a little light on .047's, but we should be
able to make it through the clinic, even if more don't
arrive by Sat.
