Thanks.

I took the liberty of adding another column for the color of the glass 
bead that positions the leads inside the bulb.  This can, for instance, 
allow you to easily tell the difference between a 44 and a 47 if the 
marking is rubbed off.  I'm not sure if modern bulbs manufacturers 
continue this practice.  Info is from "Allied's Radio Data Handbook"  
March 1950.
