[NJARC] basement cleanout rules

   I  can't  believe  the  amount  of "stuff" I have collected over these
   years.

   Besides the radios I have boxes of parts. Not just a few.

   So here is the deal. As I said previously, all is free.

   The rules are as follows:

   1. Be civil, no pushing or shoving. There is lots of stuff.

   2. No picking through the boxes. Do that at home. Pick up a box put it
   in you car and come back for more.

   It's that simple.
