Update: I found an almost match to this mantle in a 1935 Radio Craft
magazine. I'm guessing it may still be available because it didn't
meet the reserve?
Anyone wanting a copy of the photo and short caption, I can scan it for you.

It's in Georgia, just north of Atlanta - on Ebay
Fireplace mantle with built in Edison-Bell 1930's radio - unusual
application, may be original?? This would make one hell-of a
interesting contest display. I need a colonial style mantle, but I
need a 36 x 36 opening for my gas fireplace. Otherwise I'd be bidding on this.

Dimensions from seller....
I actually meant to post this in the description. Thanks for asking!
Overall dimensions are 59.75 wide x 46 height x 18.75 deep.
The fireplace opening measures 30.75 x 30.75 x 12 deep. All
measurements are in inches.
I'm not sure what kind of wood this is. I'm trying to do some
research on the piece but it's not easy. In all the time I've had it,
I've never found anything even remotely similar to compare it to.
