[NJARC] coil winding

   The celluloid was used to seperate the primary and secondary
 coils. Moisture is attracted to celluloid and causes the copper
 coil to corrode and open.Clean it off and use one layer of electric
 tape before winding a new coil. Thats what I do. Save the celluloid
 bits and mix it with a few drops of acetone to make an old time 
 general cement. I learned this from a now long gone radio
