I had one of these years ago.  It's an interesting concept, but if you 
have a DVM and a good scope, you get bored with it pretty quickly.  All 
measurements are made by adjusting a pot to just close an eyetube, then 
reading the value from the pot.  In addition to the other functions, it 
has a wattage indicator that verifies that the device under test is not 
pulling more power from the AC line than it should.
