Hello Marsha and Jerry,
I appreciate the information! Postponing
the equipment contest will give me enough time to ask John Rucolo if he can
help me bring in my 1941 Western Electric 451A-1 broadcast transmitter into
the building. I figure that John and maybe one other brave soul with a
regular duty handtruck can help with it's 1500 lb mass.
Where is John Dilks, Did anyone see John Dilks?
Is there a catagory for low wattage per ton? At 250 watts output per 3/4 ton
I may stand a chance at winning my catagory! Don't laugh. WE made a 100
watter that weighed in at 50 lbs less than the 250 watter!
Sewriously, does anyone know if there will be a equipment contest this
coming Friday? I, and others could possibly bring something.
Is John Rucolo busy Friday afternoon? Where is that John Dilks at?
Just kidding about the Western Electric broadcast transmitter of course. It
would take more than John Rucolo, John Dilks and maybe myself to move it.
Al Klase?,Alex Magoun?,Ray Chase?
Best Regards,
Joe Cro N3IBX
