[NJARC] Wierd Homebrew

Hi Ray,

OK, OK, I can take a hint! ;-)

I will write something up for the Broadcaster. I want
to do a little more testing first, and verify that I
can trigger the "alarm system" with a signal generator
at 640 and/or 1240 (or maybe anywhere on the dial).
