[NJARC] Dealing with a radio logjam

Costco still sells Gorilla Racks (or something similar.) I put some of
these in at my shop after some of the Home Depot "heavy duty" shelves
collapsed on me. It's been quite a few years now, and they have been
bullet-proof. Costco also sells a food-service-grade chrome wire rack on
wheels. It, too, seems indestructible. Because they roll out of the way
they have, sadly, allowed me to pack stuff in even tighter.
