[NJARC] Hicock tube tester information appreciated.

A friend wrote me:

"Also, I have to get  my Hickok tube tester fixed. It has given me 
faithful service for about 40  years. Now a winding of the pwr xfmr 
opened and there is potting tar beneath  it.

I recall that there is a guy on the 'net who fixes them. Any  experience 
in this regard?
