[NJARC] A few general things...

Hi- I'm still playing with my SX-111 Mk1, but waiting
for the parts (caps, etc) from Radio Daze, so I had a
couple other projects I'm tinkering with...
Does anyone know how I can build a decent facsimile of
a Heathkit "Cantenna" dummy lod? I know most of the
bits, but what is the main resistor? I can download
the manual from BAMA for the othr parts and
instructions, but the resistor has me in a quandary...
Also, can anyone tell me the proper voltage for the
dial light transformer for a Western Electric
"Princess" phone? AC? DC?
Note to Bob Bennett- I have 2 of the knobs we
discussed for your Philco: They're yours. Should I
mail them, or just get them to you at the next meeting
or bring them with me to Parsippany?(One needs a
spring, but easily fashioned)
Is it possible to use a tuner or trimmer cap, or some
magic box I can whip together, to change the output
frequency from my RF Signal generator, and drop it
down from 100KC to 50KC? I need 50KC to properly tune
the SX-111 Mk1
Thanks for any replies!
Scott
