[NJARC] FM band on that Int'l RCA radio

Guys,
  For those who made it to the meeting last night, you got to see my RCA
International Radio. I plugged it in this morning and it still works on
all bands.
But I noticed that the FM band only goes to 100 Mhz. My other foreign
radios go to
108 Mhz so what is the story here? Sal noticed that the writing on the
back cover was in English and French.
