[NJARC] question on old AC Plugs

I do not know if it was replaced. The plug looks old. The set is a Beverly,
Warwick manufacturing Co. product but the chassis is built by US Radio Corp.
The plug is round and brownish red with a radiating pattern on the side that
is closest to the radio. There are no screws only a molded plug and metal.
It is a 1933. I showed it to a few buddies at work and they are collectors
and they said it was different.

Hi Edward,
What vintage is the set? All the plugs from the 20's and 30's I
remember seeing were the typical two screws and a fish-paper cover
affairs. I wonder if the entire line cord was replaced at some point.
Regards,
Al
