hi john,
doubt that will happen.just like any other archive the originals do
not leave.
any order by a judge will be for certified copies that the requestor has to
pay for.
i'm sure infoage has well quallified lawyers on its board that will defend
this position.
no requests have been made to infoage yet.once requests have been
made a willing
response with appropiate fees will short circuit any judical order.this is
all up
to fred carl & the infoage board.i'm also sure they will take our input &
concerns
into account.
steve

Hi Steve,
I'm worried that some Judge will issue an order for the documents,
then the documents will leave InfoAge. Then the other side will
demand to see them. The papers won't be treated as good by lawyer
clerks as we would treat them. etc. Then what happens when they are
lost or damaged? Sue them? Sue who? and what, and when, will we
get our good originals back? Never!
I'm pessimistic about this.
