The Library faces similar issues with documentation of practices at
former RCA sites and charges researchers reasonable fees for making
copies.
Presumably the club and InfoAge are on record as having received and
removed the transmitter, so it wouldn't have much choice if the county
chose to subpoena the information. The club is not liable for any PCBs
that the station may have littered its property with, so be good
citizens and help the man document what did and probably didn't happen,
and help keep your Garden State clean. Going on record as inciting a
conspiracy to stonewall and obstruct justice is no way to do that.
