OK Mike - For the rest of the list - AOL has created new issues which 
affect posting to this and other QTH.net sites. It involves an HTML 
text message which promotes their new "free AOL" service.  IF you are 
using the latest version - 9.x, HTML formatting IS NOT under user 
control (despite the HELP FAQ which lead to no where).  YOU can 
successfully post if you have the late AOL version IF you go to the 
Internet Explorer (or other www browser) and go to the main aol web 
site directly and use their generic web based email service. BUT you 
will have to go to SETTINGS first (on the generic screen) and remove 
HTML formatting on the email settings menu. YOu cannot do this from the 
AOL v9 settings menu - it just ain't there.  This problem, by the way, 
is also forcing many AOL messages into SPAM files on commercial email 
systems used by companies. I have had a large number of business emails 
fail to get through because of this - which just started happening in 
February.  You can't tell AOL either - the "free" service doesn't give 
you access to Customer Service.  But the paid version only gives you a 
foney on line service whcih is automated.  AOL IS BAD!
