[NJARC] Replying and Sending to NJARC

Hi Gang,

I had several message holds today because (I think) the messages were 
also CC'ed to too many others.

It is set up with SPAM protection to watch for too many recipients.

If you want your messages to go right through, it's better to send 
just to the reflector, then send a second message to persons off the reflector.

I have been able to CC to a couple without holds, so the number set 
must be higher that 2, but I don't know what.

It's no problem for me, but the message has to wait until I get home 
to check my mail, then I send them right through.
