[NJARC] "Pinch Drive" type drive and dial needed:

Hello All,
            Would anyone have an old pinch type drive and dial (preferably with a scale of 0-100, but I'll take anything I can get) they'd be willing to sell?  I need one for a receiver restoration project. A 3" would be perfect, but a 4" or whatever would also do. It could be an "airplane type" round drive" or a horizontal (less common) type. If you have some sort of junquer set I could scavenge the pinch drive and dial out of that would work too. I'm not too picky here.

Any help or leads would be greatfully appreciated. I need it for the restoration of a communications receiver from 1935 called the "AllStar Jr." The pinch drive and dial on it are beyond repair.
