[NJARC] Swap meet

Greetings all,
                     I would say this swap meet was very well attended. There were lots to be seen with a wide variety of quality sets and some not so quality as well as some unique items I have never seen.  I sold a few items and that made me feel good in spite of the hot humid weather at least there was no rain. I noticed there were quite a few women in the vast crowd with many stopping to look at my humble display. It's nice to see members of the fair sex taking an interest in this vast hobby. In all a very well run swap meet. I liked the new setup we had this time. Lots more room. My thanks to Ray Chase, Al Klase, Rich Lee, and anyone else who was involved with the setup. I'd do it again. One thing I'd comment on here about the walk around auction, something I've noticed in past swap meet's and this one why items are started so low and it gets even lower. There were some nice quality sets I felt sure would get a nice bid that most didn't hold any interest. I myself had a few nice sets that went cheap. Maybe it's just me. I realize some things might not be of interest to all, but some of the items should have gone for a bit more than what they did. It's all in the past now for me as I was looking to clear out anyway. I know the items are in good hands. In retrospective I had a great time of it just the same and would do it again.
